Children’s Nebraska: WeThrive Magazine
When Children’s Nebraska needed help reaching more than 4,000 team members with job titles ranging from environmental services to transport to surgeon, Raj helped them create a strategy that worked.
Raj is one of the creators and current editor-in-chief of WeThrive Magazine, a publication that improves the wellbeing of thousands of team members through resource awareness, transparent communication about the challenges of pediatric healthcare, and making team members feel seen and supported.

FNBO: Cattle ID
The Innovation and Disruption team at FNBO started asking a big question: what would happen if you took the technology behind Bitcoin and applied it to cattle?
A blockchain-based cattle tracking system would prevent over-treatment of animals, deforestation, and fraud, but only if ranchers would use it.
In the five years Raj worked with FNBO, he helped build a consortium of agriculture and financial professionals working together to keep food affordable for families and ranchers in business.

Thrasher Group: Naming and Messaging
Thrasher Foundation Repair has been a family business since its inception, but it has grown to a team of hundreds spread throughout the Midwest.
As Thrasher began to expand outside of Omaha and add businesses like Hello Garage to its portfolio, it needed a name all of its employees could recognize and feel connected to.
By expanding the brand identity to Thrasher Group and creating new hiring messaging, Raj helped this Evergreen business set a solid foundation for the next generation.
4x Growth in 5 Years
Before starting Lulla Consulting, Raj served as Principal Brand Strategist and Managing Partner at Fruitful Design & Strategy.
Under Raj’s leadership, Fruitful grew its revenue to over $1MM in just 5 years. Fruitful expanded its nationwide client base and deepened it’s relationships in Omaha.
Raj became a well-respected member of the StoryBrand Certified Guide and Agency community and a board member with the 402 Arts Collective and Access Period, where he is still currently serving.
From helping put cattle on a blockchain to reaching healthcare workers who are too busy for email to finding students for an innovative new model of high school, Raj particularly enjoys working with clients who start the conversation with, “This is a complicated one.”
